If you wear a smaller bra cup than D, follow these steps.

First, measure around your high bust—the chest area right under your armpits. Use this measurement to choose your pattern size.

(Using the high bust measurement will give you a better fit at the neck and shoulders.) Compare your full bust measurement to the pattern chart for your size.
