This flattering cross-over style pattern gives you a knee-length dress and hip-length top in wrap or pullover options. The pattern offers frilly collar or faced neckline and set-in cap or long two-piece sleeves. It has standard side seam bust darts and optional torso darts. Custom fit tips included in guide sheet!
Suggested Fabrics: Choose light weight woven or stretch fabrics with a soft, fluid drape.
Pullover garments must be made from stretch material.
Woven fabrics may include cotton, rayon, silk, and wool in challis, charmeuse, crepe, lawn, and voile. Suitable stretch fabrics include stretch-wovens and knits like jersey, ponte, double-knit and slinky.

After falling in love with #304 Easy Wrap Dress and Top for my sequin knit dress, I decided I would attempt to conquer my fear of sewing with wovens and make it again. Wow, wovens are easy to work with! This is a cotton/linen blend from my catalog. I can’t wait to make it again in a darker fabric – I needed white for a specific function, otherwise I never ever wear white because it attracts every stain. Usually I feel like I am all chest in photos, but with this dress I feel like you can actually see definition in my waist and I don’t feel like my chest is intrusive. I love your instructions and fitting.

I just made your Easy Wrap Dress #304 for a wedding. I used a stretch sequin lace underlined with a bamboo knit. I love the way it came out. It’s so nice having the wrap go under the bust properly.
I’ve never felt so good wearing a dress – I usually stay away from them because either I look like I’m wearing a tent or like I’m “trying too hard.”
This pattern fit so well, the directions were easy to follow and it was so easy to sew. I can’t wait to try another one of your patterns! 🙂

This pattern works for me and the wrap does not come upwrapped – while wearing. I made two versions, both out of woven linen. The second one I made the frilly sleeve [see pattern extenders] then used a tight overlock to create a lettuce edge. To further dress it up I added a ruffle w/lettuce edge as a collar. Next I will try it with knits.
